Bridging Science and Society
Planetary Health Alliance Meeting, Malaysia
Hosted by Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), this special session brought together leading experts to address the realities of the planetary crisis and propose actionable strategies for global response. The esteemed panel included Dr. Maria Guevara (MSF), Dr. Peter Gan Kim Soon (MERCY), Mr. Bruno Jochum (Climate Action Newsletter), Mr. Rajat Khosla (United Nations University), Ms. Lai Ling Lee Rodriguez (MSF), and Professor Dr. Janaka Jayawickrama (Shanghai University). The discussion emphasized the urgency of addressing interconnected public health and environmental challenges while presenting pathways for collective action through the Planetary Health Roadmap and Action Plan.
